About 285 Enfield Place — Enfield Place Condos
For some prospective residents, it doesn’t get much better than a tried-and-true building with plenty of retail on the ground level. Built back in 1989 by the Mathews Group, the Enfield Place Condos is about as traditional as it gets.
The complex actually consists of two, 22-storey towers, which together contain nearly 500 homes and a long list of amenities. The condo boasts a 24-hour concierge, underground parking with visitor spots, an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna, a gym, a party room, a terrace, and a tennis court. And while 265 Enfield and 285 Enfield are home to hundreds of human residents, pet owners should note that furry friends are not welcome in the building.
The Suites
At 265 Enfield and 285 Enfield, prospective residents can expect to find homes that range from around 600 to 1,300 square feet. Even the smallest of suites can comfortably house small families, though, as homes in the building contain two bedrooms, two bedrooms plus a den, or three bedrooms each. And with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and solariums throughout the building, every unit feels bright and airy regardless of its size.
The Neighbourhood
The residential Mississauga neighbourhood known as Fairview is just a stone’s throw from the downtown core, allowing residents of Enfield Place Condos to experience the best of both worlds. Fairview is home to plenty of schools as well as green spaces, including its namesake Fairview Park.
When the weekend rolls around, residents need only cross Burmanthorpe Road in order to reach a bustling area containing Square One Shopping Centre, the Living Arts Centre, the Art Gallery of Mississauga, a Cineplex Cinemas, and more.
