About 3695 Kaneff Crescent — Place Royale Condo
When Kaneff Developments created the Place Royale Condo back in 1983, the developer likely had no idea Mississauga would grow into what it is today: the sixth-most populous city in all of Canada. Perhaps this is why Kaneff chose to stock the building with so many amenities — but more likely they just wanted to maximize comfort and convenience for residents.
The 20-storey tower at 3695 Kaneff Crescent contains 233 homes as well as numerous common spaces. Inside the building is a squash court, indoor pool, sauna, party room, and games room, plus there’s a tennis court situated on the grounds. And as an added bonus, the lobby at 3695 Kaneff is staffed by a concierge.
The Suites
The homes at Place Royale Condo contain one, two, or three bedrooms, and some also boast dens. In terms of actual measurements, suites range from approximately 800 to 1,250 square feet. Though the building has been around for decades, many suites at 3695 Kaneff feel contemporary as ever thanks to renovations and upgrades.
The Neighbourhood
As the name implies, the Mississauga Valley neighbourhood is surrounded by green spaces for residents to explore. Just a short walk away from 3695 Kaneff, for example, is the neighbourhood’s namesake Mississauga Valley Park. In addition to walking trails, this park is also home to the Garden of the Valley, a flourishing community garden.
Place Royale Condo residents can’t spend all of their spare time outside, though, especially considering how brutal Canadian winters can get. Thankfully there’s plenty of options for indoor entertainment just around the corner from 3695 Kaneff, thanks to the building’s close proximity to Mississauga’s downtown core. Square One Shopping Centre takes about 15 minutes to reach on foot, as does the Mississauga Valley Community Centre.
Transportation
Residents living at 3695 Kaneff have plenty of options for getting around the immediate area, as well as commuting into Toronto and other neighbouring cities. For one, the Square One Bus Terminal is right around the corner, where travellers can catch both MiWay and Brampton Transit buses. Then there’s the 26 Burmanthorpe bus, which carries passengers from 3695 Kaneff to Islington Station on the TTC’s Bloor-Danforth line in just over 30 minutes. Last but not least, drivers living in the building can use nearby highways like the 403 and QEW to get around.
