About 8 Nahani Way — Mississauga Square Condos
Built in 2020, the Mississauga Square Condos has joined the ranks of futuristic condo towers in Mississauga. The 33-storey building consists of a podium-and-tower combination, which contains 400 units in all.
Plaza, the developer behind the project at 8 Nahani Way and 5081 Hurontario Street, is well aware that it takes more than just ultra-modern architecture to attract condo seekers these days. For good measure, Plaza included an impressive lineup of amenities in the Mississauga Square Condos, including a gym with yoga and meditation studio and his and hers change rooms, a party room, lobby lounge, and fireplace lounge, a board room, billiards room, and library, and last but not least, a concierge.
The Suites
The Mississauga Square Condos is as suitable for a single professional as it is a large family — suites range from around 500 to 1,700 square feet and contain anywhere from one bedroom to three bedrooms plus a den.
Much like the majority of contemporary condos, the layouts at 8 Nahani and 5081 Hurontario are open concept, with no walls dividing kitchens, living, and dining rooms. Many of the suites boast balconies or terraces, while larger units feature master bedrooms with ensuites.
The Neighbourhood
Situated just north of Mississauga’s downtown core, in the Hurontario neighbourhood, the Mississauga Square Condos is surrounded by parks, schools, and commercial businesses. While the immediate area surrounding 8 Nahani Way is largely residential, there’s a commercial centre with a Shoppers Drug Mart, an LCBO, and a Starbucks within walking distance. More shops and restaurants can be found just south of Eglinton, including a number of Chinese and Indian restaurants, as well as Oceans, a large supermarket.
Transportation
While it’s useful to have a car when living in Mississauga, it’s certainly not a prerequisite — especially when you're at 8 Nahani Way. Buses carry passengers along both Eglinton and Hurontario. The Eglinton Crosstown also makes a stop at the intersection of these two streets. As for those who prefer to drive, Hurontario can be used to reach both the 401 and the 403, while Eglinton is ideal for anyone heading east or west.
