Affordable Property Management (APM) was established in 1990 and specializes in non-profit and co-operative housing projects in the GTA as one of the leading property management companies for affordable housing.

With over 2000 units under management the company focuses on buildings between 14 and 105 units, typically apartment buildings, stacked townhouses, and regular townhouse projects. A focus on building strong community support and creating the best quality of life for their tenants, APM provides services including property management, administration, accounting, and bookkeeping.
