The building boasts a gym, pool, sauna, concierge and security services, a parking garage, two guest suites, a party room with a catering kitchen, valet services, and a billiards room. The building also allows small pets.
No 10 Bellair also has two unique features rarely found in a condominium building: a full spa club (with its own golf simulator) and a rooftop garden terrace with water fountains and a reflecting pool.
