About 19 Grand Trunk CrescentInfinity III Condos

The Infinity 3 condominium at 19 Grand Trunk Crescent offers the opportunity to live amongst the city’s biggest attractions. Completed in 2014 following the success of Infinity I Condos and Infinity II Condos, the Infinity 3 Condos continues to fulfill the Conservatory Group’s aspirations to provide sophisticated residences by the Lakeshore.

E.I. Richmond Architects designed Infinity 3 Condos to be an enduring addition to this dynamic downtown Toronto. At ground level, the condos’ concrete columns lead the eye up to the elegant, shining windows and glass clad balconies that give the 35-story tower an unmistakably residential vibe deep in the city’s Core.

Inside, the lobby’s modern furniture accented by wood wall finishes provides residents of 19 Grand Trunk a touch of warmth — though the condo’s 24-hour concierge service does that well enough.

All residents are members of the Infinity Club, the luxury amenities area in the complex. This includes an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, yoga studio, library, multimedia theatre, meeting room, games room, party room with a wet bar, and even a rooftop patio. With all that in mind - and the condo’s unbeatable location — the addition of hotel quality guest suites is brilliant since friends and family will surely want to visit.

    The Suites

The suites at 19 Grand Trunk are luxurious homes. The Infinity 3 Condos’ many windows means light fills their suites’ comfortable open-concept layouts. Additionally, private and spacious balconies offer fantastic views of the captivating city life, and the nightime’s sparkling city lights.

There’s a high standard throughout the Infinity complex. This means the suites include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seamless work to put into each home together.

Toronto condos for sale here are perhaps best suited for young professionals and couples — the 405 suites in the condos come in comfortable sizes ranging from approximately 575 to 1050 square feet, but the neighbourhood might be too hectic for parents with young children. The smallest suites are one-bedroom while the largest are the two bedroom plus dens.

    The Neighbourhood

Living in the City Center - Toronto, the residents of Infinity III can easily experience some of the city’s best events. From home runs hit in the Rogers Centre, slam dunks and snapshots in the Scotiabank Arena, to singing and dancing in the theatres just up the street on King, there’s an excitement in the neighbourhood that never ends.

Still, there’s more: The Lakeshore. Toronto’s investment in the area has paid dividends. It’s a charming area filled with vibrancy. Catering to the community, cultural venues like Harbourfront Centre and Power Plant Gallery showcase a diversity of engaging artists, speakers, and performers.

The Martin Goodman Trail traverses the entire Toronto Lakeshore, from Humber Bay to the Rouge River. It connects many parks near the Infinity III, like the Ann Tidal and Little Norway, so residents of 19 Grand Trunk have easy access an abundance of green space that their address in the Core wouldn’t suggest.

When winter — or an urge to shop hits — residents are well positioned. The Infinity III’s access to the PATH, Toronto’s underground mall, connects them to 30 kilometres of shopping, eating and entertainment to explore and indulge in. However, for convenient shopping for necessities, a Longo’s in Maple Leaf Square and a Sobeys Urban Fresh in the Lakeshore are only short walks away.

    Transportation

Being so central to the city, residents have their choice of many mass transit options. The TTC, GO Transit, and Via Rail can all be found at nearby Union Station. This means subway lines running throughout the city, streetcars along the lake, buses towards surrounding towns and suburbs, and trains for travellers venturing around the country are all options for residents.

Those travelling even further are also lucky. The Union-Pearson Express is minutes away; it links the Core to the airport in just 25 minutes.

Those residents seeking a more active commute have options. The bike path along the Lakeshore make for easy rides west to High Park, and east through the Distillery District, and even to The Beaches. Cyclists can also travel north on Lower Simcoe at the end of Grand Trunk Crescent. This route leads cyclists to the very convenient downtown east and west routes on Adelaide and Richmond, respectively.

Those residents who drive may find some difficulty. Their area’s popularity often makes the roads quite busy, but fortunately the Gardiner Expressway is mere moments away with access points at York Street and Spadina Avenue.
