    The aptly named Icon I Condos are just that — iconic. After all, Tridel wouldn’t have chosen the name without being extremely confident in their residences at 270 Wellington Street West. Built in 2002, enough time has now passed that the building can be seen as an icon of Toronto’s high standards and animation.

    A residential building doesn’t have to tower above the city in order to stand out. Rather, the Icon I Condos stand at a humble 12 storeys tall. The mid-rise at 270 Wellington West is home to 247 units, and in case prospective buyers who fall in love with the building are in a hurry to make a purchase, they can check out the Icon II at 250 Wellington West to double their luck.

    The Icon I Condos was the first building completed in a two-part complex, but both are home to a dynamic community with an especially young vibe. In catering to the younger demographic, Tridel opted to include features like bicycle parking and a cyber lounge when planning the Icon I Condos.

    Transportation
