The 427 is accessible via Rexdale Boulevard, and once on this major highway the Gardiner Expressway is just a short ride away. From the Gardiner, residents can reach central attractions like the Scotiabank Arena and Union Station.
The proximity of 710 Humberwood Blvd to Pearson International Airport also makes international travel extremely convenient. The airport takes just 10 minutes to reach by car, or around 45 minutes by bus. As for those heading out of town on the train, the Malton and Etobicoke North GO Stations are both just a short drive away. Last but not least, those hoping to reach the subway can catch the 37 Islington bus, which carries passengers to Islington Station on the Bloor-Danforth line in around 45 minutes.
