About 25 Trailwood Drive — Anaheim Towers I and II Condos
The Anaheim Towers I and II Condos resemble a duo of clock towers, thanks to the triangular peaks with circular decals that sit atop both buildings. We can assure you, though, that what’s inside 25 Trailwood Drive and 35 Trailwood Drive looks nothing like the interior of a timepiece.
The 1990-built, 24-storey structures contain a combined 374 homes, as well as a lengthy list of amenities. The complex is staffed by a 24-hour concierge, and residents have access to a gym, indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, games room and party room, tennis and squash courts, and communal barbecues.
The Suites
Prospective residents in search of contemporary homes needn’t let the 1990 build date scare them away, as many homes at the Anaheim Towers have been upgraded and updated over the years. Layouts are decidedly open concept, with hardwood and laminate flooring featuring throughout the building.
Suites at 25 Trailwood and 35 Trailwood contain either one or two bedrooms, and some master bedrooms boast impressive ensuites. Although there are no balconies to be found in either building (which can be a real deal-breaker for some), these homes contain floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows as well as in-suite laundry.
The Neighbourhood
The Hurontario neighbourhood caters to all sorts of individuals, from parents to busy professionals and everyone in between. Numerous schools and parks can be found within walking distance of 25 Trailwood and 35 Trailwood, as well as the Frank McKechnie Community Centre. While specialty food stores are abundant in Hurontario thanks to Mississauga’s diverse population, residents looking for one-stop shops can head over to nearby superstores like Ocean Fresh Foods or Highland Farms.
Transportation
Getting around is easy for residents of Anaheim Towers, whether one prefers to drive or ride public transit. The former group can fill up at the gas station right across the street before heading along Hurontario toward the 403 or the 401. As for those without access to cars, MiWay buses carry passengers around the immediate area, with buses along Hurontario providing access to the Cooksville and Port Credit GO Stations.
