There’s a tennis court, indoor swimming pool, and gym for active types, plus a sauna for those who need to relax; parents don’t have to leave the property in order to reach the building’s own private playground; and last but not least there’s a concierge and underground parking at 10 Martha Eaton Way.
The Suites
While millennials seem to love the tiny home trend, none of the units at 10 Martha Eaton Way are particularly petite. The smallest homes in the building (if we can even call them that) span a minimum of 900 square feet. The largest units, on the other hand, reach to 1,350 square feet, meaning the building is most certainly family friendly. And single residents will have to get creative as to what they’ll do with their second bedrooms, as 10 Martha Eaton Way is comprised of two bedroom, two bedroom plus den, and three bedroom homes.

Residents of 10 Martha Eaton Way can visit the intersection of Tretheway Drive and Black Creek Drive in order to run their errands, where they’ll find a Main Drug Mart, a small independent grocery store, and a Tim Hortons (because sometimes grabbing coffee is the most important of errands). More grocery store and restaurant options can be found along major roads like Jane, Weston, Eglinton, and Lawrence.
And all locals living in Brookhaven – Amesbury need to do in order to find some green space is locate Black Creek. This tiny waterway has parks surrounding its shores to the north and south of 10 Martha Eaton Way.
Transportation
Compared to the downtown core, North York’s wider roadways make driving a much less aggravating experience. Plus, drivers living at 10 Martha Eaton Way can reach the 401 in no time via Black Creek Drive.
Residents without cars of their own can also get around the area — and the entire city for that matter — with ease. For one, it doesn’t hurt having the Weston UP Express station so close at hand. Once here, passengers can reach Union Station or Pearson International Airport in about 15 minutes. Then there’s the 71 Runnymede bus, which transports passengers south to Runnymede Station on the Bloor-Danforth line in less than half an hour.
